Many SEO advisers recommend
you start a totally new site and start all again, which we find totally
ridiculous. If you are unaware what is causing your website to get
banned you are most likely to get banned again.
The most easiest way to get back on Google search engine is by removing
contents that Google considers as spam's and ensuring that the crawling
robot has not been restricted to getting access to your site.
The first and simplest solution may be that your
robot.txt file has been changed to prevent search engines from entering
your site. Or your meta tags could be directing the search engine robots
to exclude your site. While this would be highly unlikely, it is best to
rule this out. So check your robot.txt file if you have one uploaded and
your website meta tags. Unless you want your site hidden, you should
never read this in your meta tags: <meta
name="ROBOTS" content="NOINDEX"> If you see this, you are
blocking your site from Google robots accessing your website.
The most important is that you clean your website from
everything Google robots dislike.

HOW TO CLEAN
MY SITE.
Once you have cleaned up your website and we mean really cleaned it up
from top to bottom, as many experts say you may only get one chance to
get back in, so be very careful before you contact Google for a
re-inclusion. Explain that you made a mistake, you have corrected it and
certainly won't do it again.
You don't have to contact Google but it can't hurt. Robots will
eventually spider your site depending on your link popularity and they
will detect if you have cleaned up your website and it is totally free
from and spam’s. You may have to wait weeks, months or maybe years for
Google to re-index your site, but we have managed in weeks, so be
patient and don't tinker with your website too much unless dictated by
your site's products or content needs.
